Treatment estimates

Once your treatment plan has been agreed with the dentist, we will provide printed details of your plan. Treatment plans are valid for 90 days from consultation date. At your first treatment the dentist may find unforeseen treatment to be undertaken. In such cases the implications of such findings will be explained, and a modified treatment plan will be agreed. We will explain the treatment, aftercare and any risk to you thoroughly prior to asking you to sign your treatment plan. Treatment cannot proceed without the signed treatment plan. During this process you may decide not to continue with the treatment. In this case you will only have to pay for treatment and laboratory work which has been provided.

Fees

Natural Dental require you to pay a deposit of 50% of your agreed treatment on your first treatment day and pay the rest when your treatment is completed or pay at the end of each appointment.

Cancellation

Please note that failure to attend your consultation or inadequate notice of cancellation (less than 72 hours) means that your appointment will be canceled, and we will not be able to give you a refund.

Personal Details

It is important that you give a full medical history and details of any medication you take. If these change in anyway tell the dentist and give current information as this may affect the recommended treatment. Failure to provide any of this information could be dangerous to your health.

Non-automated collection of information

We collect personal information about our customers when they attend the surgery for consultation. The collection and processing of this information is governed by our data protection policy.

Data Protection Act

We store all patient personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All clinical notes, radiographs etc remain the property of Natural Dental. Copies of notes, radiographs can be made available on request. Natural Dental reserves the right to make an administration charge for any copying.
